The influence of flexible work arrangements on employee engagement: An exploratory study. <italic>SA Journal of Human Resource Management/SA Tydskrif vir Menslikehulpbronbestuur, 18</italic>(0), a1209. <ext-link ext-link-type="uri" xlink:href="https://doi.org/10.4102/sajhrm.v18i0.1209">https://doi.org/10.4102/sajhrm.v18i0.1209</ext-link>, the first author&#x2019;s affiliation was given incorrectly in the &#x2018;Authors&#x2019; and &#x2018;Affiliations&#x2019; sections. The correct affiliation should be &#x2018;Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, Illovo, Johannesburg, South Africa&#x2019; instead of &#x2018;Independent, Johannesburg, South Africa&#x2019;.</p>
<p>This correction does not alter the study&#x2019;s findings of significance or overall interpretation of the study results. The authors apologise for any inconvenience caused.</p>
