<p>Instead of:</p>
<p>Research design: A focused literature review on Social Role Theory (SRT) and SL informed the study&#x2019;s theoretical foundation, research problem and methodology.</p>
<p>It should be:</p>
<p>Research design: A focused literature review on Supervisory Relationship Trust (SRT) and SL informed the study&#x2019;s theoretical foundation, research problem and methodology.</p>
<p>The author apologises for this error. The correction does not change the study&#x2019;s findings of significance or overall interpretation of the study&#x2019;s results or the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.</p>
